Shipping

We take great care in packing every order to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully presented.

Australia

Standard shipping within Australia is typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for deliveries to regional and remote areas.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and include full tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

If you need your order sooner, Express Post is available at checkout, with estimated delivery within 1–2 business daysto most metropolitan areas.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide using Australia Post International, with tracking included on all international orders.

Standard international delivery generally takes 2–3 weeks, depending on your destination and local customs processing. If you require your order urgently, Express International Shipping is available at checkout.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing or circumstances outside our control.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by your country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio to ensure it meets our high quality standards.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order for a store credit, provided they are returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.

Please note:

  • We do not offer exchanges.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

  • Returned items must be received in their original condition before a store credit is issued.

European Union (EU) Customers

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

Once your order has been delivered, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Please note that sale items and digital templates are not eligible for return or refund.
