The inner bag is composed of a lovely high-quality cotton (no more flimsy mesh bags!), making it super-easy to fill with beans as firm or as soft as you wish. Filling: The bean bag comes WITHOUT filling however beans can be purchased from any major department store. It requires approx. 350 - 400L of styrofoam bean bag beans (adjustable according to your personal preference). Please do not overfill your bean bag - it is very strong however you need to allow for extra weight from blankets/drops etc.
Zipper: The bean bag is fitted with a YKK child-safety locking zipper, with pulls removed. For this reason there is a paperclip attached to the zipper to allow for filling, which can be removed afterwards to ensure its safety around babies & children.
Care instructions:
Worried about those little accidents? Spray your bean bag with water-resistant shoe spray to allow for an easy clean up!
Bean bags can be gently spot-cleaned using a damp sponge and small amount of water. For more stubborn stains, use a couple of drops of washing-up liquid with your sponge. We don’t recommend machine washing your bean bags.
